Aquafresh hosted an event in celebration to moms #PowerToYouMum Festival on Saturday, 28 July, hosted at the Walter Sisulu Square in Soweto.
The event had three stages, with activities taking place simultaneously. We had Mapaseka Mokwele speaking on the power of being a mum, being the centre that holds and how Aquafresh does it all in one, assisting mums to focus on other things. "What I always talk about on my radio show is that as mothers, we tend to forget who we are as people, - don't forget who you are" Mapaseka highlighted, pointing out the importance of balance, and that it is ok to ask for help when you need it.
